Two Chefs On Hillview make the meats, truly artisan handmade charcuterie right here in Sarasota...Dried Sausages, Smoked Sausages, Salamis, Soppressata, Pâtés, Galantines, Confits and beyond. We use the highest quality proteins and ingredients and the absolute minimal preservatives necessary to produce the meats. In a truly European style, our meats don’t need to sit around a warehouse for months or on a ship for weeks before we get them to our customers so we can keep them as clean as possible.
Not only are the meats made by Chef-Charcutier Frank, but all of the accompanying sauces for the meats and cheeses are made by Chef's Mellissa & Frank as well. We even make our own Mozzarella that is part of any board that includes cheeses. All of our bread boards include items made by Chef Mellissa and our dessert boards are exclusively her amazing creations.
Many people confuse charcuterie boards with meat, cheese and fruit arrangements. In fact charcuterie is only meats. In France it is Charcuterie, in Italy it is Salumi. At Two Chefs we are traditionalists, but we also believe in giving our customers what they want. So we offer options of combined arrangements as well as traditional arrangements of Charcuterie/Salumi, Cheese & Fruit, Smoked Fish & Seafood, Dessert and Breads. We also feel that this gives our clients more room to create the offerings they want for themselves or their guests and we are always happy to customize just about anything for you if we can.
Our charcuterie boards and arrangements come on wooden boards to create an aesthetically pleasing presentation. We also offer grazing tables for up to 200 guests.
A suggestion for you…rather than order one arrangement for a certain number of people, consider ordering a number of smaller arrangements that will be adequate for that number and offer more variety.
