-These are hands-on classes where participants will prepare 5 hors d' oeuvres and learn how to plate & present them. Then enjoy the group's creations together. Doggy Bags are available.

Our Private Group Classes
These private hands-on classes are available for groups of 10-20. (Additional Room Rent of $100 for groups under 10). We also offer in-home classes for smaller groups,

Desserts with Chef Mellissa
$85 per person
Dessert Production Stations comprised of Dessert Bar, Cupcake & Frosting, Layered Desserts in Glass
Board Building with Chef Frank:
$95 per person
Participants are instructed on and build their own Charcuterie & Cheese Board, with Two Chefs Handmade Charcuterie products. Vegetarian option is available. Group together
is instructed on and builds a bountiful Fruit Board.
Participants each receive a wooden cutting/charcuterie board.
Party Hors d’ Oeuvres
$95 per person
Participants are educated and instructed on preparing 5 fun and unique hors d’ oeuvres. Vegetarian option is available. Participants enjoy their creations and receive a recipe booklet.
Sauces
$105 per person
Participants are educated and instructed in the preparation of 4 sauces. The sauces will be paired with tastings provided by the Two Chefs. Each participant receives a recipe booklet and a pint or half-pint of each sauce.
Dinner Party for 4-8 people
with Chefs Mellissa & Frank
$150 per person
Participants are instructed in and prepare a 4 course dinner and then sit down to enjoy it. Wine pairings available at additional cost. Each participant receives a recipe booklet.
