Offered monthly with some exceptions e hands-on classes are open to the public and are held once a month with some exceptions. The curriculum changes and classes sell-out quickly. Call for dates of upcoming public classes and
reserve your spot for one.
Participants receive a recipe book, complimentary prosecco cocktails and snacks provided by
the Two Chefs. And of course get to enjoy and take home their creations.

Desserts with Chef Mellissa
$80 per person
Dessert Production Stations comprised of Dessert Bar, Cupcake & Frosting, Layered Desserts in Glass
Board Building with Chef Frank:
$90 per person
Participants are instructed on and build their own Charcuterie & Cheese Board, with Two Chefs Handmade Charcuterie products. Vegetarian option is available. Group together
is instructed on and builds a bountiful Fruit Board.
Participants each receive a locally handmade wooden cutting/charcuterie board.
Party Hors d’ Oeuvres with Chefs Mellissa & Chef
$80 person
Participants are instructed on preparing 5 fun and unique hors d’ oeuvres. Vegetarian option is available.
Dinner Party for 4-8
$150 per person
Participants are instructed in and prepare a 4 course dinner and then sit down to enjoy it at a chef's table in the Two Chef's kitchen.
